Director of Geeks Room CIC, an alternative provision specialising in IT and communications skills including but not limited to gaming, coding, design and the integration of new and useful technologies. Donald also runs a number of other young adult provisions around the country providing learning alongside developing skills for life. Donald believes in letting students learn on their own terms while having fun. This helps them take control of their own skill development while feeling good about themselves and their achievements.

Donald fosters an environment of inclusivity, successful communication and a sense of community whilst providing education and qualifications from the ages of 8 upwards. Donald is a believer in hands on autonomous learning where the environment he provides is one where students have fun while they learn. Donald gives us a key insight on how to build a safe and inclusive community.
